Mandate

St. John’s Live is an organization that strives to create awareness, stimulate interest and provide interactive information regarding arts events in the St. John’s area. This organization is committed to providing the residents and tourists an accessible means to information, to be a resource centre for all artists and a support system for arts organizations. We value all disciplines equally and provide promotion tools to raise the profile of events throughout the City of St. John’s. Our main goal is to act as a centralized location, physically and virtually, for information regarding Music, Dance, Theatre, Visual Art, independent artistic performance art and Festivals. St. John’s Live will act as a resource for the entire community as an up to date and accurate information centre regarding the arts, in all of its forms.

St. John’s Live and Your Organization
A Partnership to Strengthen Access to our Cultural Conmmunity

Every Artist and Arts Organization may submit their event and/or season line up, festival or gig to St. John’s Live to be listed on the website and have the event posted on our up-to-date information “What’s On” display board at Pier 7. We will also be in contact with all media regarding the events of the week and friendly and interactive information services at Pier 7 location during the summer months.

Please submit you event to info@stjohnslive.com and we will be happy to promote your event in the ways outlined above. Please note that St. John’s Live is a free service and will do the best it can to showcase events fairly and in an unbiased fashion. St. John’s Live is not to be used as a substitute for your own marketing endeavors; it is designed to compliment additional coverage for arts related events.

Featured Space

Every organization and/or artist is a member of St. John’s Live and is eligible for its free services.
Featured space is a subsidized marketing initiative that will rent a display case (11” x 17”) for a week at a time. This featured space is located on Pier 7 at the St. John’s Live Kiosk for the low price of $ 60.00 a week
